Once thru,update the pc hardware Drivers/Software,get it from pc mfg web,or pc hardware mfg (Intel/AMD/etc)Also,edit windows services in Add/Remove L.sub menu..Next,in cmd,type: services.msc. in msc,any service set as disable,double click,set to manual or auto start.Windows Modules & Installer get set to Auto start....
